Urban Business Instotute takes you through the very basics of what values we should have to finding ideas for your business and validating them, to doing marketing and getting sales and finally growing your business.
This course is specifically designed for people that want to start a business or grow their income while working a job.
Nonprofit Leadership Institute®
The Urban Excellence Nonprofit Leadership Institute® provides guidance and support in the formation of your 501c3 nonprofit organization (including preparation of Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, Conflict of Interest, EIN number, and the IRS 1023 application, followed by fundraising strategy and grant readiness). The program also feature a 6-Month Nonprofit Leadership Institute, peer learning cohort and one-on-one coaching.
The program provides guidance and support in the formation of your 501c3 nonprofit organization, if needed (including preparation of Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, Conflict of Interest, EIN number, and the IRS 1023 application, followed by fundraising strategy and grant readiness) -- and a 9-month nonprofit leadership institute, peer learning cohort and one-on-one coaching.
Program Features Include:
- Officially form your 501(c)3 nonprofit organization
(if needed) - Annual IRS 990 filing and compliance tune-up/support
- Master the grant research, writing and development process
- Set in place your overall fundraising regimen
- Get clarity on your OWN development process via 6 personalized strategy sessions
- Stay up-to-date and moving-forward via our mastermind sessions
- Create a live "Demo Day" event on behalf of your organization
- Conduct a live/real time Seed Capital/Launch Event on behalf of your organization

- If 501c3 formation is needed: $1,250 + Filing Fees
